Come learn about the lives of early blacks families post-slavery and how the right to marry played significant roles in the establishment of wealth and provided basic living provisions.

Be sure to join Revolt 1811 Musuem for a morning of art and history mashup with instructors, art interns, and many more from Motionphics in Action's Live and Direct Youth in Art and Media Project. Participants will learn to voice their feelings through a variety of artistic outlets and mediums.
